Hi There - Does anyone have contact information for the business that runs the official soundgardenworld store? I ordered Superunknown on Vinyl back in the middle of May and it has never shipped. It's not even listed in the store anymore. No one is answering the support emails. It's as if they took the money and I'll never see the product. I need a phone number or an email address that ISN'T whatever email address receives their support form's email. This is driving me nuts. If anyone has any info I would GREATLY appreciate it. Thank you so much Shawn

Not sure... but I’m pretty sure I have noticed in the past that different store links on the website lead to different stores. Currently however the store link up the top is broken and says Soundgarden opening soon whilst another link lower down on the main page leads to the store and as you say that item is not even listed.
Under the privacy policy (updated July 2020) on the store there is an email address and postal address for livenation (privacy department). However the store appears to be using Shopify platform. Perhaps you could try contacting both companies as well as leaving a message on the Soundgarden Facebook page (for what it is worth). I’m thinking perhaps the store has changed hands but that is no excuse!
If it was me and I had heard no correspondence by now I would cancel the transaction with the bank. However that may complicate things or might be no longer possible.
Good luck and let us know how you go.

I’ve looked into this once before and I was told a company called “Gnarlywood” ran the store. Even got a response to a support ticket I put in that said it would be shipping “next week”. That was at the beginning of June. I’ve tried reaching out on Twitter but the soundgarden account hasn’t posted since January. I looked at the FB page today but I couldn’t readily find a way to contact.
I think I’m past the point of being able to dispute the charge with my credit card company. I need to check. Also this particular card forces me to mail in my dispute in hopes that no one will do it.
I’ve since bought superunknown from a redditor on r/vinylcollectors so I don’t even need it anymore even if it miraculously shipped.
At the other end of that email there’s a person who just doesn’t give two shits if the store takes my money or not and that’s probably the most frustrating part to me. I own a lot of soundgarden stuff and I’ve purchased from that store. People’s ambivalence to doing their very simple job is so damn lame.
I thank you for your response. I’ll certainly let you know if anything comes from it and if anyone else has some contact info please do respond.
Again, thank you for your help.
Cheers!
Shawn

I think you were onto something!
I went to LiveNation support and put a ticket in and it created a ticket with Gnarlywood!
This is what I was looking for..... I think.
Either way it looks like I have much more information than I did before. It seems the support request is being routed properly this time.
Thank you so much for your sleuth work. I'll let you know what comes of this but I'm much more confident now.

YES. imgur.com/a/dQ8x034It looks like they closed my previous ticket where i was asking where my order was and they said they'd be shipping it out in a week like i said in my initial post. I can even see that ticket now! This is where I need to be. I can't believe how difficult it was to get this straightened out. I'm very confident this will be taken care of now. Again, thank you so much! Shawn

imgur.com/a/nxk2gPIAnd it's done. Thank you again so much. Without that info about the privacy policy i never would have figured out that i had to go to Live Nation for support on this. It wasn't so much the 40 dollars that was bothering the hell out of me it was the principal of it all. No one was responding. It was picking at my brain. Thank you so much Shawn

Glad to hear it has been solved. Totally understand the frustration with not hearing back, especially from a big company like livenation. I see gnarlywood has quite a few bad reviews for similar issues - looks like they need to get their act together!

No exaggeration I've never had a worse time than I did with that freaking company. Not only did they lie and tell me something was being shipped in a week when it was already out of stock, they even closed the ticket so no matter how many times i was responding to the ticket thinking someone would see it the email was going into the void.
When i saw that my previous ticket was closed my face went red with anger lol.
Thankfully I was able to get a copy of superunknown from a redditor in r/VinylCollectors.
My favorite place to go to buy records these days. Haven't been screwed over yet and the prices are typically better than discogs or ebay. Everyone over there is pretty nice. I just spent the most I ever have on a record though. A Music On Vinyl release of Stone Temple Pilot's Purple for $100. I can't wait for that to show up. Music On Vinyl releases sound so damn good in my experience. I wish they'd remaster some of Soundgarden's back catalog. Only problem with Music On Vinyl is they're typically super limited numbered releases and they don't typically re-press. So that leads to scarcity for the best sounding copy of a particular album.
