It appears that Mad Season are recording new material... or maybe re-working the demos from the unreleased second album.
I'm pretty excited to hear this! I always thought we would never get to hear the incomplete and previously unreleased second Mad Season album, or more correctly Disinformations first album....
but now we have the Above (deluxe) reissue with re-worked old tracks, the reunion concert (Sonic Evolutions) with added Temple of the Dog set, the soon to be released live album (or video of the show?)

... and finally it looks like we might be getting to hear new music or atleast new 'old music' according to Barrett Martin's Facebook page.
Mike mentioned getting numerous singers to do vocals. I'm thinking maybe Chris might sing on a track seeing as he did vocals for the concert. I'm hoping Mark Lanegan will sing on a couple of tracks too.
If the tracks are as good as 'Slip Away' from Deluxe reissue then I will be very happy!

Some extra info from Alternative Nation:
Barrett Martin discussed recording new Mad Season material in a June 2014 interview with Alternative Nation.
“Well, I am usually doing some kind of project with either Peter or Mike, so we’re always kind of working together. For example, Mike and I worked on the Mad Season reissue for about a year last year, and we also recorded another album of Mad Season songs last year, in addition to the Tuatara tracks we did. And Peter has played with Walking Papers live, and there are always studio sessions that I am producing where I’ll need an acoustic guitar player and Peter is always my first call. So really, I’m always working with these guys in some form or another. And its always an honor to work with two of the best guitarists of my generation, I always remember that.”
Duff McKagan discussed working on unreleased Mad Season material in a September 2013 interview with Alternative Nation.
“In some weird way, it’s all kind of the same thing. It’s the same collective group of guys, like Jeff Angell sang on a couple. So what happened was, Mike and I grew up together and we’re good pals, and Barrett and Mike are close. So sort of at the same time as the Walking Papers record, there were these other jams over at Mike’s house. Then we just kind of started jamming. It worked, the three of us clicked it was really kind of cool and different. We had all these things, we had songs. We kind of just thought about getting different singers, Jaz sang on a couple, fucking epic. He’s one of my favorites on the planet. I met with him in London, it was one of those things, I almost didn’t want to meet my hero. I was really nervous. I was in London already, he was coming to this book reading I was doing.
I started the book reading with the Killing Joke song ‘Requiem,’ just blaring through the PA. I knew Jaz was out in the audience, and I already started the thing with ‘Requiem.’ I was like wow what is he going to think, that I’m a fucking dork? But after the book reading we went to dinner with some other people and I just kind of flat out told him, ‘Jaz, I don’t know if I want to know too much about you man, because you’re heroic to me.’ The conversation we had just further heightened the mystique of that guy to me. He sang on a couple of things, and it’s fucking great. Jeff Angell sang on a couple, there’s no rush. As singers come up we’ll get them, hopefully Brandi Carlile will sing on a couple. We’ll just kind of take it as it comes, Corey Taylor perhaps.”
