I cant wait to see some footage of that......I hope it leads to those brothers getting together and writing some new music also. I always felt that they were capable of being alot better then their albums.
The "anti inauguration ball" seems like total jabroni-ism to me though. Not that "revolt" is bad, because its definitely necessary at times. ....I just dont see what the problem is with Trump, thats causing all this BS. Ive never seen anything like this...Its Sickening .....n i voted for Slick Willie and Obama...twice....
Anyway.....Ahhh yeah babe.....Rev is gonna be howling n growling over Morelloisms.....Maybe they'll throw a surprise or two out the bag.

I certainly didn't vote for Trump, but this is a bit ridiculous. However, it seems likely that Tom Morello and friends approached Chris, and he jumped on the opportunity to reunite Audioslave. Reuniting his old bands seems to be a trend with the Reverend these days. Either way, his political opinion is his business, and I don't have a strong opinion on the matter anyway, so I don't really care. The only thing that's actually annoying to me is that you end up getting all these jabronis coming out of the woodwork to say, "If you disagree with this, you never understood his music in the first place, myaaan." Anyway, I'll be interested to see what the future holds for Audioslave, provided it doesn't get in the way of Soundgarden.

I found the AS set kinda weak.....But it was good seeing them on stage together again.
Back to all these Trump protests for a sec....All i see at these rallies are black derelicts and simpletons ,white hippies, hipsters and anarchists and a bunch of freakin latino hypocrites who if i build a bridge from Harlem NY to one of their latin american countries and told all the black brothers from NY to California to cross that bridge, go get jobs off the books, send all your money back to the US, dont pay taxes, take advantage of the health care system and when youve build up a nice nest egg, come back over the bridge to the good ol US of A....Theyde be the first ones screaming about needing immigration control. ...But since its the US,a quote on quote "white country", that its ok....that borders dont apply....and when the country takes a stance, they throw in the race card. .......Get the f*** out here with that BS. n im not even like some all out pro Trump person.....He's definitely better than that lieing, war mongering, 1% neo conservative, big coorperation, open border, one world scoundrel Hillary Clinton......Somehow these anti Trump rallying buffoons forgot what the other option was.... I still havent figured out what Trump has done to cause all this hysteria. ......they had to bring in counselors and therapists to colleges around the country to tend to the psychologically damaged students due to the elections results?? Are you freakin' serious. These "kids" dont need therapists....They need to get beat down, thats what they need. And the media coverage......forget about about. This country is sick. Actually its not sick....Its the media and the powers that be that are..... Thats why during the election, all those media outlets and political projectors were so surprised at the outcome.....Their brainwashing wasnt as affective as they thought......Now theyre just gonna go harder. ......and all the Hollywood scum.....I thought they were all supposed to be moving to Canada.

Dug out the Audioslave debut and threw it on for a bit yesterday. One thing I never noticed with Cochise, ya don't hear the build up of guitar and bass on the record as you do live. And the song kicks in. Def. gets the vibe in full gear. Another production misfire by that jabroni Rick Ruin. That sista in the first video around 2:49. well alrighty then Nice to see a little happy pit too. Chris is back on stage in another video when they played killing in the name of. Chuck D handles the songs pretty well. Thanks for linking up all the tunes Brother T. It was a short set, not what initially was written in print. Show me how to live sounded good. Speaking of... Morello goes into the solo and the Reverend's.. uh.. I'm watching on the pc and that brother's goods almost went through the screen. Ha. Fuggeddaboutit. A brother back up for a sec, Lol.

I was just thinkin about Cochise (the song) yesterday, and I came across a few articles that explained how the technique used in the guitar intro was discovered by accident. Maybe y'all already know about this, but if not, check out the link below. I suppose it could be an exaggerated story. I have no idea how true it is. I love that song! tuneoftheday.blogspot.com/2015/11/audioslave-cochise.html

Hey Sugah PM. Thanks for hooking up that link. The story behind Cochise too. Makes the lyrics Chris wrote all the more awesome. Morello got his slap on and the song was born. The video was attached in the link too. Hadn't watched it in quite sometime, so lets hook it up here. Chris was still sporting earrings amidst that badass grey jacket. I remember tuning in for the premiere of the video. Might've been a midnight showing. Aside from the fans, I bet a ton of musicians tuned in as well. Edit: Ah yeahhhh babe. The Reverend got his boogy on at the beginning, the side kick spin, then spinning the mic stand. That brother needs more stage space at live shows so he can kick it. That brother got moves.

Apparently a decade + 5 yrs. was the release of the Audioslave debut. All too bittersweet, but a fine album. Inspired other Supergroup formations. Gotta spin one out then, one that knucklehead Rick ruin didn't mangle up
