I still remember how hyped this had me... Yes me too! Thanks for sharing this snippet from the past. I remember exactly where I was when I heard this for the first time. It was so exciting and intriguing to see where Soundgarden would take us with the new album! Now it is just so sad to think we will never get to experience this hype and excitement over new Soundgarden music or Chris' music again. It has been nearly 1 year since Chris died and it is still hard to believe he has gone forever. Just the other day I played Ferry Boat #3 again and boy does it remind me of the very sad first listen when it was released, just a day or two after Chris died. Such a beautiful song, yet so painful!

I've seen an incomplete video of Outshined from this performance (I may have even posted it in this thread at some point) but I hadn't seen the complete Soundgarden segment before, which also includes and interview and a kickass version of Slaves & Bulldozers. Seriously, this may be the best live version of S&B I've come across yet. Cornell is in god mode here. Unfortunately the audio cuts out for a second throughout but it's definitely still worth a watch.
