What up peeps. Hope all is peachy. Man, the lock down still prevails. This ain't no little sniffles out there. Stay safe y'all. Stumbled onto this one, our long lost brother Kim jamming with Mudhoney, from the fall of last year. Sounds good. Ah yeah babe. They're covering a song called The Money will roll right in, by an oldie punk band, Fang.

what up mah brotha.
The Rona is apparently on the climb again. Ugh. the other day the mobs tried mangling up a Lincoln statue. I guess they're not familiar that he enacted the Emancipation Proclamation. this is heinous.
Now for a silly diversion
the brother Philo Bedlam. Clint Eastwood in his barroom brawler days. Truckers went into the local establishment, had their beer waiting for them. Ah yeah babe. In the movie he had a pet orangutan, so that's why he kept taking peanuts. Once he started laying the pepper job on Big Al, Lol. Fuggeddaboutit.

now for this old schooly fine number.
David Coverdale (yes, the same guy from Whitesnake) did a 2 album stint with Deep Purple. Never knew that. Him and Chris sound a little alike in spots, at least on the low end. No one will ever match the Rev's howlin n growlin

Forgot about this one. I think they only played it during the early part of their first tour. the Rev had rough moments during that tour, but always pulled it together somehow. the video description some years later they had to demolish the venue. I'm sure the Rev mangled up the foundation structure after this show, as well as many others. Ah yeah babe.

Finally checked out the little sister Toni Cornell's performance of PJ's, Black. Dedicated to her Pops. the last 8-10 secs on the video. Sigh. The wounds will always be fresh Keep singing little sista. The band didn't jive too well with her on the Verses, but the chorus was there. They should've tried to wrangle up the brother Dave Abbruzelli and got him on the kit. That would've lit a fire in Vedder's fanny. Ah yeah babe.

What up peeps.
Peep the you toober Dave Rat. A couple of old school videos from 1992 Lollapalooza, VHS style. Ah yeah babe. Footage of all the bands from that tour. Chris comes in at 4:18 in one of them, singing Beyond the Wheel. category 5 hurricane style. Sends some dude reeling backwards at 4:50 from the sheer force. Fuggedaobutit.

Oh man. Doesn't top Dirt, but what a debut. And all the bands/musicians that album influenced. Overall, the article is eh, but linking it up for the original AIC cats and the brother Kim's take on it. He's right about the signature guitar bends. Always loved the first 30-60 secs of Put you down. Bleed the Freak is the fave though. That hypnotic beginning, especially in a live setting. Ah yeah babe.
